DESIGN BRIEF

Casa Brisa explores how a contemporary apartment in Castellón can balance open-plan living, natural materials and everyday practicality. The concept was developed for a modern Mediterranean lifestyle, where working from home, entertaining and relaxed family life all share the same connected space.

DESIGN RESPONSE

Warm oak joinery, mineral finishes and a soft neutral palette create continuity across the apartment. Integrated storage and work areas are designed to feel architectural rather than added on, while woven textures, terracotta accents and natural light introduce warmth and a relaxed Mediterranean character.

LIVING EXPERIENCE

The resulting concept is calm, functional and quietly refined. Spaces connect naturally, storage is absorbed into the architecture and every area supports a different rhythm of daily life, from focused work to informal meals and slow evenings at home.
